I am quite happy to provide advice, answer questions and type instructions to help you solve your own computer problems.

Of course, this service is not suitable for all issues. If I feel an issue cannot be solved by simply following my instructions, I will suggest Remote Support or my Collect, Repair & Return Service.

If you simply need some written answers or instructions, I am happy to engage with you via email, text message, iMessage or WhatsApp.

This is a chargeable service. I charge based on the amount of time it takes to write the instructions, advice and answers you need to successfully solve your issues.
