Fantastic service. When I had an issue with my laptop which needed resolving as a priority Mark responded instantly and sent me the guidance I needed to fix the problem. He then called twice in between other commitments he had to make sure everything had worked ok. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you have an IT issue that needs fixing go straight to Mark. Windows 11 Excel Printing Problems.

I contacted Marc when I had lots of problems with my all in one PC, which rendered it almost impossible to use.
I'm not great at technology but Marc explained the problems and what he could do to get it running properly again, in language I could understand!
My computer is now running like new, even though it's a good few years old.
He salvaged all my photos, that I'd accidentally deleted, and put them on a memory stick, as well as back on to my PC and installed a new hard drive.

I have used Marc to deal with a variety of computer related issues over the last decade and can confirm the service he offers as being consistently outstanding. He tackles complex challenges with calm determination and is a pleasure to work with. Marc has adapted particularly well, and imaginatively to remote working. Mark is calm, efficient and capable in the face of technology malfunctions that frustrate and, frankly, worry me. A careful assessment of the situation was followed by a remedy and advice for further action. I can't thank Marc enough or give a higher recommendation (and I would if I could).

Excellent service and so very quick!  My computer was back with me less than 48 hours after I delivered it to Marc.  He diagnosed the likely problem over the phone so ordered the part likely to be needed (it was) before getting the computer.
