If it needs new parts, I will explain why and leave the decision to you. If it needs improved security I will do the same. If it has become clogged up with too much data or needs better maintenance, I will point that out and do it for or with you– if you want me to!
Nobody likes being worried by something they don’t understand – and from my experience, people often worry about things purely because they don’t understand them. Why put yourself through such stress when you can have a friendly local expert come and explain these things in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you? Many of my customers talk about a sense of relief once I’ve visited them, and certainly appreciate not having to take their computer to a computer shop many miles away.
