This map shows the area I cover for on-site support. I can, however, support computer users anywhere in the UK via remote access.

Rates

These days I carry out most of my work over the telephone with the use of some excellent remote access software. When a computer requires repair or upgrades, I provide a Collect & Return service.

Most of my charges are based upon an hourly rate of £75.00. I am not VAT registered.

When an in-person visit is required, this may be arranged. My standard call-out fee is £80.00 to include the first hour, with any additional time charged in line with my hourly rate above.

My standard call-out charge applies to those near the A12 between Rushmere St Andrew and Wickham Market. For those further away from Woodbridge, my call-out fee is higher.
