Collect, Repair & Return Service

If your computer won’t turn on or needs a part replacing, this service is your best option.

Likewise, if you don’t feel Remote Support is right for you, I’m happy to work this way.

We can arrange a mutually convenient time for me to either:

• Collect your computer from your doorstep
• Meet you at a convenient and safe outdoor location

I will take your computer home to work on. It will not be handled by anyone else. I will keep it secure and keep you informed of progress.

When your computer is ready to return, I will arrange this with you.

In most cases, I aim to complete the required work and return your device within three working days. When necessary, I can often manage a 24 hour turnaround, sometimes even getting it back to you the same day.
