I will take your computer home to work on. It will not be handled by anyone else. I will keep it secure and keep you informed of progress.
When you computer is ready to return, I will arrange this with you. It will be delivered in a Covid-secure manner, having been sanitised just prior to delivery.
In most cases, I aim to complete the required work and return your device within three working days. When necessary, I can often manage a 24 hour turnaround, sometimes even getting it back to you the same day.
